Shipping
We offer FedEx, USPS, and UPS Standard shipping services. Please check the shipping options at checkout for specific delivery options. We do not accept any C.O.D. orders. A&G Rock is not responsible for any loss, delays in delivery, liability, or damage caused by events outside our control.
Currently, we only ship within the United States, but have plans to support shipping outside of the United States in the coming months. If you live outside of our supported territories, please contact us directly at agrockusa@gmail.com to discuss alternatives.
Order Status
You can track your package with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you see any issue with your delivery, please contact our support team at agrockusa@gmail.com. Each order will have an assigned number, which will be sent to you via email. Please refer to that number when contacting us if you'd like to make any changes or have questions regarding your order.
