Returns and Exchanges
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your A&G Rock purchase. However, we only offer exchanges or refunds for defective items. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
Exchanges
- Items must be in their original condition, with tags intact and unworn. Any items showing signs of use will not be accepted.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging as shipped.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
A&G Rock reserves the right to reject any exchanges that do not meet these conditions. In such cases, we will return the items to you.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label. Please obtain proof of postage from the postal office when shipping your item back to us. A&G Rock will not be liable for items lost in transit if you choose a different shipping method. All returns for exchange must be sent back as a single shipment.
We recommend insuring your jewelry for the value paid. You are responsible for the insurance fees for the return shipment. For any additional questions, please email us at agrockusa@gmail.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless the item is defective. In such cases, once the defective item is approved for return, we will process the refund within one week. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for your bank to post the funds to your account. For PayPal refunds, processing may take up to two weeks.
